Sometimes we do not even know what day, month, or date it is. We see ourselves in a different perspective. Sometimes a distorted perspective! Believe me mom brain is real and when I do not have enough sleep, I do not even recognise myself or even feel human. Things feel like they go up, down and sideways. Our moods can change with the way we see ourselves distorted. And sometimes things feel like they become distorted from reality.
